Brett Heaton is a Certified Residential Appraiser. Brett attended Arizona State University and graduated with a BS degree in 2007. Brett Heaton is a senior staff appraiser at C.S. Heaton Appraisals and he is FHA and VA approved. Brett is a part of the builder new construction team and he provides appraisals to a number of major builders and their preferred lenders throughout the Phoenix metro market. Brett is also active with the firm as part of the management team with responsibilities of the firm’s network technology, software, workstations, and financial and payroll reporting. Brett also is active with training appraisers in the C.S. Heaton trainee program and assisting all appraisers with specific problem appraisals.

Brett’s personal interests include golf, hunting, hiking, skiing, snowboarding and scuba diving.
